About the event
BBO is excited to continue to offer Girls Got Game Program in 2022. Girls Got Game aims to introduce more young girls to basketball and encourage them to stay active and enjoy basketball with their friends.
No experience is needed. This program provides a great opportunity to try something new and develop movement and thinking skills in a fun social team environment.
Brittany Richards and top local players will lead sessions.
Age:
- All Stars Girls: 5 - 8 yrs old
- Pro Girls: 9 – 12 yrs old
Term Two 2022 Dates:
- All Stars Girls, Tuesday: 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st May, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th June
- Pro Girls, Wednesday: 11th, 18th, 25th May, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th June
Time:
- 4pm to 5pm
Cost:
- $40 for the term (8 weeks)
The cost has increased for Term 2 as we are no longer receiving funding. However, we have subsidized the cost in relation to our other development programs to help minimize the barriers in getting more girls active and enjoying the game of basketball.
